Hi, I’m Kelly, founder of Sitges Reiki.
My journey into Reiki and energy work began in 2019, when I discovered a practice that quickly became much more than a treatment — it became a personal path of healing, connection and spiritual growth.
With almost 20 years of experience working in care, I bring a natural sense of compassion, intuition and understanding to every session. I trained in Reiki and later in Sound Therapy, bringing together Reiki, Tibetan singing bowls and aromatherapy to create a deeply personal experience for each person.
For me, Reiki is about more than simply relaxing. It is about energy, connection and creating space to reconnect with yourself — physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Whether you are completely new to Reiki or already have your own spiritual practice, you are welcome exactly as you are.
My aim is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can pause, reconnect and explore what feels right for you.

Reiki is more than simply a way to relax. For me, it is about energy, connection, healing and creating space to come back to yourself.
Every session is intuitive and personalised. I work with Reiki, Sound Therapy and carefully selected essential oils, allowing the experience to unfold according to what you need on the day.
My approach is both grounded and spiritual. You don't need to follow a particular belief system or have any previous experience with energy work. You can simply arrive as you are and be open to the experience.
Alongside my sessions, I create handcrafted essential oil blends inspired by the same connection between energy, ritual and everyday wellbeing.
I believe spirituality doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes it's simply about slowing down, listening to yourself and making space for what you need.
Whether you're looking for deep relaxation, energetic balance, emotional support or a more spiritual experience, my intention is to meet you where you are.
